It’s the time of the season for spi-ders
Now I’ll have that song stuck in my head all day. Anyway, it must be that time of year. Laurie, La and Jen have all had little visitors lately as well. (Does anyone think it’s strange that I talk about these people like I KNOW them??? Never met any of them…just a regular stalker of their respective blogs. It’s kind of like when people begin a conversation with “Did you hear about Brad and Jen?” …referring of course, to Brad Pitt and Jennifer Anniston, neither of whom they have actually met. Hello??? Tangential much???) ![]()
This guy showed up in front of my kitchen window yesterday. I’m not a huge spider fan, but my general motto is live and let live. Unless someone recognizes this as a deadly type spider…then I am more in the spider die club.

I have one of these creepy dudes outside of my family room window. I’m majorly creeped out by spiders but moreso by these creepy house centipedes we have now. Yuck!
Tanya
OMG, your spider would send me into a coma!
I’m the same way when I talk to my hub about what’s going on around the bloggerhood. I’ve finally had to refer to all my blogger friends as Internet Friends. That seems to clear up some of the confusion.
Why are men so stu…er…simple?
I used to always leave spiders alone, because they really don’t bother me and they’ll eat any other little bugs. I HATE ants, so I figure – keep the spiders and they’ll kill any ants. But one summer my mercy resulted in an overpopulation of spiders in my house. I went into my computer room one night to find SEVEN of them. I flipped out and killed them all, then vowing to not be Ms. Nice Girl anymore.
:w/stupid: I’m not stu…
I noticed three VERY large spider webs the other day in the morning (the dew really showed them off). I’ve been wondering if it’s spider season, or perhaps they are getting ready for the hummingbirds to migrate (did I mention they are HUGE webs?).
That looks just like the mouse sized spider we had in dd’s room last year. I swear to you when I first saw it I thought it was a mouse cuz of the fuzzy hair. ::shudder:: yurg. You are stronger than I am. Spiders scare the crud outta me.
GIRL! you ain’t kinin about thses spiders!!:rant:and not only are they outside but now they are tryin 2 get in the bouse!:what: oh hell naw! i HATE spiders with a passion! i got my home defrnse on hand and i spray them until they turn white!
