It took a great deal of convincing myself to post today. I’m tired, I think I’m getting sick and I’m feeling quite uninspired. There has been knitting (of course) so here it is. There is only one of the wrist warmer so far. I began it back in oh, say the dark ages for my very cold friend. She’s cold all the time. So cold, she has to wear tights under her pants almost year round. So wouldn’t you think I’d be a good friend and make her some wrist warmers so she can be cozy as she types? Nope…me…bad friend. I had lunch with her for her birthday yesterday and had to give her the one warmer. I figured if I did, it *might* motivate me to make the other one. Meanwhile, at least her neck and one hand are warm (I did finish a scarf for her…I wouldn’t give a friend one lonely wrist warmer for her birthday). Also, another pair of Fiber Trends clogs. This time with wool that actually felted (I’m not even going to talk about the last time). They’re drying right now but I need Jim to try them on when he gets home to see if they are the right size. Could be another wash in the clog’s future.
