Here’s your fug already!
Yeesh…of COURSE when JenLa made a request for 
fugly avatars, I raced to comply…in the midst of upgrading to WordPress 2.0, I welcomed the distraction (not that upgrading to WP 2.0 was particulary difficult although I did have some minor problmes…like being unable to post). So technical difficulties prevented me from showing my fugav love. The blog seems mainly fixed now, although I am still missing my beloved smilies. A moment of silence for them please (oh, and while you’re taking a moment, if anyone knows how to get the wp-grins plugin to work in 2.0, please let me know). I really didn’t need this mornings chastizement to make me comply. Without further delay I give you my ugly avatar. I couldn’t resist the ocean view though…which is obviously not so ugly.
The knit is still happening at chez Kemp, although a bit less than recent weeks. I’m still trying to recover after our trip (read: sleep) and get everything “back in order” (like that could EVER happen). Bonafide knitting content tomorrow!

Well I can’t even get my 2.0 installed, so I’m no help there. I tried but I’m too fumb.
I wouldn’t necessarily agree about the lack of ugliness in your avatar. That’s a pretty serious infraction of the “don’t mix patterns” rule.
This avatar thing is TOO FUNNY! Of course my J-O-B blocks me from making one. But! I think your avatar is wearing my hat! What can I say… I am a Glamour Don’t. In fact, I fear every day that the Ambush Makeover people will, you know, ambush me.

I’m tempted to upgrade to WP 2.0, but I’m terrified all my add ons will break. Like my amazon book lookup. And the 29 zillion things I have to stop spam. And god only knows what else.
