First, the socks are beautiful.

Second, there should be a support group for those of us who knit socks for men with big feet (thought, through popular legend, we maybe shouldn&#039;t be complaining because there may be compensations, if you get my drift).

Third, it may make you feel better (or it may make you run screaming) that I use footnotes because otherwise I&#039;d have so many parentheses nobody would every be able to follow my narrative.  I think it&#039;s useful.  

And I think it works for you, but I may be biased.</description>
