The things we knitters will do to get good pictures.  I have a mini tripod and an auto timer on my camera to take pictures of finished objects modeled by me.  I have stood on a ladder or chair to take knitting pictures.  Apparently, the second story of our house has a knitting related purpose too…it allows the height to take a complete picture of a finished afghan.  I’m quite sure my neighbors think I’m crazy(ier) if they happened to see me spreading an afghan in the driveway then running into the house so as to try to beat the next gust of wind and leaves that would blow onto Hemlock.  It was worth it :)   The finished afghan will go into the mail shortly in plenty of time to reach the lucky recipient before Christmas. Two down on the Project Sanity list, not quite sure how many to go (realistically…I’m no Yarn Harlot).

That is just sensational :) I am sure the pics do not do it 100% justice. Sometimes it is just so hard to get a great shot!

Congrats on the finish…I can’t wait for it to arrive in my mailbox…no wait…it’s not me…is it? :wall:

    Oh, how pretty!!!!

And I know what you mean about taking pictures of projects. I’ve had things hanging from my mailbox before. It’s okay…people know not to approach because I carry metal sticks. :knitting:
